Sendbos provides an order management platform that includes:

  • Order processing and tracking
  • Payment gateway integration
  • Shipping automation
  • Inventory management
  • Analytics and reporting
  • Team collaboration tools

3. User Accounts

To use our Service, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old
  • Provide accurate and complete registration information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

4. Subscription and Payment

Our Service is offered on a subscription basis:

  • Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually
  • All fees are in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR)

  • 14-day free trial available for new users
  • Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled

Our Service integrates with third-party services including BayarCash, Ninja Van, and Google. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and conditions.

We strive to provide 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may:

  • Perform scheduled maintenance
  • Make updates and improvements
  • Temporarily suspend service for technical reasons

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sendbos shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for:

  • Breach of these Terms
  • Non-payment of fees
  • Fraudulent or illegal activity
  • At our sole discretion

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.
